Friday morning a few early birds participated in the Woodcraft Cross Country Meet. And even though not all actually ran the race, every B2 camper and counselor got up to cheer them on! What's even more impressive than that is that Major Kopp's alarm decided not to go off that morning so the girls only had like 4 minutes to get up and get out to the start line - oops! :) Even with the little hiccup before the races, our girls did GREAT!!! We had a large number of girls finish the race who had never run a long distance before (1.1 miles), and quite a few finished in the top 10 of their race - AWESOME JOB GIRLS!
